MoversPay changes beginning December 14

Beginning December 14, 2026, MoversPay will transition to a paid product structure. You can choose DP3 Rating Tools, TSP Link, or both, based on the tools your business needs.

Your current access will continue through December 13, and your existing MoversPay username and password will still work after the transition. No immediate action is required. When you sign in on or after December 14, you will select the product or products you need to continue using MoversPay tools.

Why we are making this change

MoversPay requires ongoing investment to maintain and support. Technology, security, and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements have increased the resources needed to maintain the platform. Moving to a paid product structure allows Daycos to continue investing in the tools you rely on and supporting the people who use them.

Products available beginning December 14

DP3 Rating Tools

Choose $15 per month or $120 per year, paid annually in advance. A 7-day free trial is available.

·         LPO Calculator

·         400NG Estimator

·         400NG SIT Estimator

All five tools are included in one subscription. You do not need to purchase them individually. Promotional pricing may be available to eligible partner organizations or users.

TSP Link

TSP Link will be available for $10 per month or $100 per year, paid annually in advance. Existing contracts will carry forward and remain available, with no new setup charge for those contracts.

What this means for you

If you currently use MoversPay Premier

Your current Premier access continues through December 13. Beginning December 14, the Premier structure will be replaced by the new paid product structure.

To continue using the rating, estimating, and calculation tools, select DP3 Rating Tools. You can choose monthly or annual access, and a 7-day free trial is available. Your existing login credentials will continue to work.

If you currently use free MoversPay tools

Your current free access continues through December 13. Beginning December 14, access to the DP3 Rating Tools will require a subscription. Choose $15 per month or $120 per year, paid annually, with a 7-day free trial available.

Sign in with your existing MoversPay credentials on or after December 14 to select your product and activate access.

If you currently use TSP Link

Your current TSP Link access continues through December 13. Beginning December 14, continued access will require a $10 monthly subscription or $100 paid annually. Your existing contracts will remain available, and you will not be charged another setup fee for them.

New contracts will have a $150 setup fee. Any modifications to new or existing contracts may incur a $50 fee. Your existing login credentials will remain valid.

How to access your tools on December 14

When you are ready to activate your access, follow these steps:

1.       Sign in with your existing MoversPay username and password.

2.       Choose DP3 Rating Tools, TSP Link, or both, depending on your needs.

3.       Select your payment option. DP3 Rating Tools offers monthly or annual access and a 7-day free trial. TSP Link is available monthly or annually with no free trial.

4.       Complete checkout to activate your selected product or products.

5.       Access the MoversPay tools included in your selection.

Multi-factor authentication required after launch

Beginning December 14, all MoversPay users will need to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) before accessing the tools. MFA adds another layer of security by requiring an additional verification step beyond your username and password.

Your existing MoversPay login credentials will continue to work. After launch, you will need to complete MFA setup before using DP3 Rating Tools or TSP Link. This requirement applies to individual users and users whose access is managed through a company Group. Each person will need to set up MFA for their own account.

If your company has multiple MoversPay users

A MoversPay Group allows your organization to manage users and product access with a shared payment method. Each person uses their own MoversPay login, and access is assigned to individual users.

A Group Owner can add or remove users, manage their product access, and see which products the organization is paying for. This gives your company a way to manage payment centrally while each user keeps a separate login.

For organizations adding users during a billing period, charges are intended to be prorated to the Group billing cycle.

One active session per email address

MoversPay allows only one active session per email address at a time. This means the same account cannot be used in different browsers or on different computers at the same time. Multiple tabs in the same browser will continue to work normally.

If you sign in with an email address that is already active in another browser or on another computer, the earlier session will be signed out and returned to the login page. This happens when that user takes their next action, such as clicking a button or changing pages, rather than immediately when the new login occurs.

For example, if you are signed in on your office computer and then sign in with the same email address on your laptop, the office session will return to the login page the next time you click a button or navigate to another page.

If multiple people at your company need to use MoversPay at the same time, each person should use their own email address and MoversPay login.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to do anything before December 14?

No immediate action is required. Your current access continues through December 13. To continue using the tools after the transition, sign in on or after December 14 and activate the product or products you need.

Will my existing username and password still work?

Yes. Your existing MoversPay login credentials will continue to work after the transition.

Can I subscribe to both products?

Yes. You can select DP3 Rating Tools, TSP Link, or both, depending on your needs.

Can I purchase individual DP3 tools?

The five DP3 rating, estimating, and calculation tools are included together in one DP3 Rating Tools subscription.

Is a free trial available?

A 7-day free trial is available for DP3 Rating Tools. TSP Link does not offer a free trial.

Will I pay another setup fee for existing TSP Link contracts?

No. Existing contracts will carry forward without a new setup fee. The $150 setup fee applies to new contracts; contract modifications may incur a $50 fee.

Can I use MoversPay in multiple tabs?

Yes. Multiple tabs in the same browser work normally. Signing in with the same email address in a different browser or on another computer will end the earlier session on its next action.
