"Dest Factor" is also known as the destination linehaul factor and is included in the Transportation Linehaul charge.  Linehaul factors are additional transportation components that take into account additional transportation costs associated with that applicable destination service area.  The destination linehaul factor can be found in the 400NG Baseline Rates file "Base Point City" tab.
