Shorthaul is a portion of the total linehaul charge that only applies if the shipment moves 800 miles or less. Shorthaul is calculated my multiplying the cwt (total weight / 100 ) by the mileage. Once that is calculated, you can get the applicable shorthaul amount from the 400NG baseline rates "Additional Rates" tab.
